Admissions

Families interested in touring or applying to Grace Christian Academy should phone the school at (301) 645-0406 or email (information@graceknights.org) to set up an appointment. Our application process is outlined below. If you have further questions after reviewing our admissions process online, feel free to phone the school office. If you are interested in visiting the campus, tours are available by appointment on Thursdays at 9:00 for PK; 11:00 for Elementary; 1:00 for Secondary. Please call the school office at 301-645-0406.

Admission Requirements

The following requirements have been established for admission to Grace Christian
Academy:

  1. Completion of the on-line application with signatures and appropriate fees.
  2. Satisfactory scholastic and behavioral records from previous school.
  3. Satisfactory performance on a formal entrance test.
  4. Health records that meet State requirements.
    • Medical Forms.  Maryland State law requires that the Health Inventory Form with Lead Screening signed by the parent and the child’s physician be on file for all students.
    • Immunization Record.  Maryland State law requires students entering any school within the state to have the following immunizations:  poliomyelitis, small pox, diphtheria, rubella, pertussis and tetanus.
  5. Read the Student/Parent Manual and agree to support the guidelines presented.
  6. Completion of family interview with Academy principal.
  7. Completion of Student Questionnaire (secondary).
  8. Complete registration with FACTS Tuition Management within 10 days of interview and acceptance.

* Kindergarten students must be five years of age by September 1 of the year of entrance.
