     February 1, 2008 – Registration opens to the public
              New students
                      (Application Fees) $100 Per Child
 
     March 1 – May 31 – Returning Student General Registration
             Current students and siblings
             Grace Brethren Church Members
                      (Application Fees) $75 First Child - $50 Each Additional Child

     On or after June 1 – Returning Student Late Registration
             Current students and siblings
             Grace Brethren Church Members

                Grace Brethren Church Scholarship Application (For Church Members Only)

                First Month’s Tuition:  The first month’s tuition will be refunded if the student is not accepted.  If
                the child is accepted, the parents have ten days to accept the entry recommendation.  If the parent
                decides to not have the child attend GBCS, a full refund of the first month’s tuition will be given.

                Testing Fee: $60 Group Testing/Kindergarten fee per student; Group testing will be held on Saturday,
                March 8 at 9:00 AM. Kindergarten testing will be scheduled separately.

                $100 Individual Testing fee per student, if the student is unable to attend the group testing date.  All
                testing fees are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of registration.  Testing is required for all
                new students unless the student has taken the Stanford Achievement Test in the Spring of 2008.

                Up-to-date Immunization Record – required by State law for admission
                Extended Care Application and Registration Fee - $15.00 (if applicable)
                Character Reference – grades 6-12 (attached)

                Report Cards (current and previous year)
                Standardized Test Scores
                Birth Certificate (State issued)
                Copy of Health Insurance Card

ITEMS REQUIRED BY JUNE 1:
            If Extended Care – First payment
                Supply/Material Fee or Book Rental Fee – non refundable

ITEMS REQUIRED BY AUGUST 1:
            Carpool Form (optional)
                Milk Form (optional)
                School of Music Application (optional)
                Sports Permission Form (if applicable)
                Health Inventory (if applicable) (all full-day preschool students; all Extended Care students)
                Lead Screening (if applicable) (all full-day preschool students; all Extended Care students in PK-1^st Grade)

Applicants selected for interview will be contacted by the school.  All application and testing information must be complete before an applicant will be considered for an interview. 

ATTENTION EXTENDED CARE PARENTS:

If you are interested in Full Extended Care, Before Care or After Care, you must complete the Extended Care Application Form and submit the form with the Extended Care Application Fee at the time of application.  Extended Care Application Forms are available in the school office.  Extended Care, Before Care and After Care will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
